Chef Marc Lintanf embodies excellence and creativity in the kitchen, nurtured by experience in some of the world’s greatest gastronomic establishments. Trained in exceptional Michelin-starred establishments, he perfected his art alongside renowned chefs such as Marc Veyrat at the Auberge de Marc Veyrat*** on the shores of Lake Annecy, Davy Tissot at La Villa Florentine*, Didier de Courten** at the Terminus in Switzerland and Jean-Paul Jeunet** at the Hôtel Le Paris. Each stage of his career has forged his unique expertise, combining tradition and innovation.

After a successful career in France and Switzerland, Marc Lintanf became head of catering at the Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth in Montreal. For seven years, he orchestrated prestigious events alongside such gastronomic greats as Thierry Marx, Michel Troisgros, Alain Passard and Philippe Etchebest. This exceptional career has earned him many accolades, including the prestigious title of ‘World’s Best Caterer’ and ‘Most Creative Catering Chef’ at the Gala Awards, considered to be the Oscars of event gastronomy. His cuisine has also been awarded 4 diamonds in the CAA guide.

In 2018, Marc Lintanf moved to Moorea as Executive Chef of the Sofitel Moorea Kia Ora Beach Resort, where he runs the kitchens and signs the menus of the famous K restaurant. Now at the helm of ML L’Expérience Culinaire, he puts his talent at the service of local flavours by highlighting the riches of Polynesia’s terroir and working closely with local producers, farmers and fishermen. In addition, he offers a refined range of home-made preserves, reflecting his respect for the products and his commitment to quality gastronomy.
